Warranty, Returns, & Terms of Service

ROAMIFY TERMS OF SALE, WARRANTY & RETURNS

1. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order with Roamify Campers ("Roamify"), the customer agrees to these Terms of Sale, Warranty & Returns.

These terms govern all purchases, deposits, warranties, services, and use of Roamify products.

2. Orders, Deposits & Payments

All Roamify campers are built to order and customized to each customer's vehicle and specifications.

Production will not begin until:

- The order has been approved by Roamify

- The required deposit has been received; and

- All specifications have been finalized.

Roamify reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order prior to production commencement.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Deposit Refunds

Customers may cancel their order within seven (7) calendar days of placing the order or until production has begun.

After seven (7) calendar days or the start of production, deposits become non-refundable.

Because each camper is custom-built, deposits are used to cover:

- Material allocation and inventory commitments;

- Payment processing fees;

- Administrative costs;

- Production scheduling and resource allocation.

Exceptions may be approved by Roamify and must be confirmed in writing.

4. Lead Times

Any lead time provided by Roamify is an estimate only and is not a guaranteed delivery date.

Lead times may be affected by factors outside Roamify's control, including:

- Supplier delays;

- Shipping disruptions;

- Customs inspections;

- Labour disruptions;

- Weather events;

- Regulatory inspections;

- Customer-requested changes.

Roamify will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant schedule changes.

Lead time delays do not constitute grounds for cancellation, refund, or compensation unless otherwise required by applicable law.

5. Delivery, Inspection & Acceptance

Customers are responsible for inspecting their camper upon delivery or installation.

Any shipping damage, manufacturing defect, or material issue must be reported in writing within three (3) calendar days of delivery or installation.

Failure to notify Roamify within this period may limit available remedies.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

If a product arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing defect, Roamify will work with the customer to determine the most appropriate resolution.

Available remedies may include:

- Replacement parts;

- Repair by Roamify;

- Repair by an authorized service provider;

- Customer-performed repair with technical guidance;

- Replacement of affected components.

Repair or replacement shall be the primary remedy whenever reasonably possible.

7. Return & Refund Requests

Because Roamify products are custom-built, returns are not accepted unless:

- The product contains a verified manufacturing defect; and

- Roamify determines repair or replacement is not reasonably possible.

Any approved refund shall be limited to the purchase price paid for the affected product and shall exclude:

- Shipping costs;

- Installation charges;

- Third-party service fees;

- Travel expenses;

- Removal or reinstallation costs.

If a return is authorized, the customer is responsible for transportation of the product to an authorized Roamify facility unless otherwise agreed in writing.
