At Roamify, we stand behind the quality, durability, and craftsmanship of our products. Every camper is engineered in Canada, globally manufactured through a specialized partner facility, and inspected here at home before delivery. If something goes wrong, you deal with us in Canada — not an overseas factory.

What’s Covered

Roamify warranties all campers and accessories against defects in materials or workmanship for 18 months from the date of purchase.
This includes:

- Structural or component defects

- Manufacturing inconsistencies

- Hardware or mechanism issues

- Fitment-related problems

- Any defect that affects performance or reliability

If an issue arises, we repair or replace the affected part or system using our Canadian parts inventory whenever possible.

What’s Not Covered

Our warranty does not include:

- Normal wear and tear

- Damage caused by accidents, impacts, or misuse

- Lack of proper maintenance

- Alterations made after purchase that affect performance or structure

Modifying or tampering with the product may void warranty coverage.
