SHIPPING TERMS & CONDITIONS

Shipping Requirements

Roamify Campers strongly encourages customers to have their camper installed at our Abbotsford, British Columbia facility or through one of our authorized distributors whenever possible. This helps ensure proper installation, reduces shipping costs, and minimizes the risk of damage during transportation.

If a customer elects to have their camper shipped, the following conditions apply:

Commercial Delivery Address Required

All camper shipments must be delivered to a commercial business address capable of accepting freight deliveries.

The delivery location must:

  • Be accessible to large freight trucks.

  • Have a forklift, loading dock, or equivalent unloading equipment capable of safely unloading the camper from the delivery vehicle.

  • Have personnel available during normal business hours to receive and inspect the shipment.

Residential delivery is generally not available and may result in additional charges, delays, or shipment refusal by the carrier.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are not fixed and may vary significantly depending on:

  • Delivery location

  • Camper model and size

  • Freight carrier availability

  • Fuel surcharges

  • Seasonal demand

  • Current shipping market conditions

Estimated shipping costs typically range from $2,500 to $7,000 CAD, however actual shipping charges may be higher or lower depending on the circumstances at the time of shipment.

All shipping quotations are estimates only and are subject to change without notice until shipment has been booked and confirmed.

Freight Damage & Liability

Once a camper has been released to the freight carrier, ownership and risk of transportation transfer to the customer.

Roamify Campers is not responsible for any loss, damage, delay, theft, or other issues that occur during shipping or freight transportation.

Customers are responsible for thoroughly inspecting their camper upon delivery and noting any visible damage on the carrier's delivery receipt before accepting the shipment.

Failure to document damage at the time of delivery may affect the customer's ability to pursue a freight damage claim with the carrier.

Delivery Delays

Estimated shipping and delivery dates are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed. Roamify Campers shall not be liable for delays caused by freight carriers, weather events, customs processing, labor shortages, mechanical failures, road closures, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Additional Charges

Any additional charges incurred due to inaccessible delivery locations, re-delivery requests, storage fees, liftgate requirements, residential delivery requests, missed appointments, or special handling requirements shall be the sole responsibility of the customer.
