At Roamify, we stand behind the quality, durability, and craftsmanship of our products. Every camper is engineered in Canada, globally manufactured through a specialized partner facility, and inspected here at home before delivery. If something goes wrong, you deal with us in Canada — not an overseas factory.

ROAMIFY LIMITED WARRANTY
1. Warranty Coverage
Roamify Campers (“Roamify”) warrants to the original purchaser that its products are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of:
- Single/Dual Wedge = 18Months
- Hardwall = 24Months
- Roamhome = 24 Months
All of the above from the date of delivery or installation, whichever occurs first.
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
2. What This Warranty Covers
This warranty covers:
- Structural components of the camper
- Factory-installed hardware and systems
- Manufacturing defects that impact normal use
3. Primary Remedy (Repair or Replacement)
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Roamify’s sole obligation under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective components, at Roamify’s discretion.
Roamify reserves the right to:
- Repair the product using new or refurbished parts
- Replace components with equivalent or upgraded alternatives
- Determine the most appropriate resolution method
4. Limitation of Remedies & Refund Policy
Refunds are not offered as a standard remedy.
Refunds will only be considered:
- At Roamify’s sole discretion
- In exceptional circumstances
- Where repair or replacement is not reasonably possible
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Roamify shall not be liable for:
- Loss of use
- Loss of time, inconvenience, or travel costs
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Nothing in this warranty limits or excludes any rights that cannot be limited under the laws of British Columbia.
5. Customer Obligations
To make a valid warranty claim, the customer must:
- Notify Roamify in writing of the issue
- Provide photos/videos of the concern
- Allow Roamify a reasonable opportunity to inspect, diagnose, and repair the issue
Failure to provide access for repair or refusal of reasonable repair efforts may void warranty eligibility.
6. Reasonable Repair Opportunity
Customers must allow Roamify a reasonable number of attempts to resolve any issue.
Roamify is not responsible for escalation of issues where:
- Unauthorized repairs are performed
- The product continues to be used after known issues without mitigation
7. Exclusions (What Is Not Covered)
This warranty does not cover:
- Improper installation or mounting (including third-party installs)
- Failure to follow installation guidelines or torque specifications
- Modifications or alterations to the product
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, or accidents
- Water ingress caused by lack of maintenance, improper sealing, or user modifications
- Normal wear and tear (seals, fabrics, finishes, etc.)
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect function
- Damage caused by environmental conditions (extreme weather, snow load, etc.)
- Electrical systems modified or installed outside Roamify specifications
8. Installation & Liability Disclaimer
The customer is solely responsible for ensuring:
- Proper installation of the camper onto the vehicle
- Use of appropriate mounting hardware and methods
- Compliance with all vehicle load ratings and safety requirements
Roamify is not liable for:
- Damage resulting from improper installation
- Vehicle damage or personal injury related to installation or use
9. Third-Party Components
Certain components (e.g., electrical systems, appliances, accessories) may be covered by separate manufacturer warranties.
Roamify does not assume responsibility for third-party warranty claims but will assist in coordination where reasonable.
10. Warranty Void Conditions
This warranty will be void if:
- The product is modified without written approval
- Repairs are attempted by unauthorized parties
- The camper is used outside of its intended purpose
- Required maintenance is neglected
- The unit is overloaded beyond rated capacity
11. Service Process
Warranty service may require:
- Return to Roamify facility
- Scheduled service appointment
- Temporary removal of components for inspection
Shipping, travel, and removal/reinstallation costs are not covered unless otherwise agreed in writing.
12. Disclaimer of Additional Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, this warranty is provided in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, except where such warranties cannot be excluded under applicable law.
13. Governing Law
This warranty shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada.
